I visited a studio opening up in June the other day that’s in the same neighborhood as a bunch of my friends.  It’s beautiful, huge, and has a balcony.  It’s also pretty expensive, but still $200 cheaper than comparable apartments in the area.  Today I visited a house that I might share with two girls from my floor and I am having misgivings.  It is a lot cheaper, but I don’t know if I am ~lifestyle compatible~ with these girls (though they are lovely, I’m not sure I could handle living with them) and I was not thrilled by the house.  It literally just comes down to whether I want to spend an extra $400 a month to be happier or not.
